I understand your situation Sir, but currently all our customers representative are busy........
This is my usual dialogue for the job. Today is already the 2nd day of working as the operator. To be honest, i feel like shit.
I think i have never been scolded so much in my life before. Even my parents also dont scold me. But as days goes by (only 2 days, lol). I feel so much better already.
Though i have more customers scolding today. One even screamed at me! for not getting what he want. I feel so much better already compared to the first day. Thanks to those who concern about me and keep sending me supportive messages.
Starting to know ppl around makes me feel more comfortable too. At least i know that i am not alone there "fighting" with the customers. haha!
But now i seriously need to take care of my throat now. Its starting to hurt. Occupational hazard. Sighs..

hmm... can fully understand the feeling and situation... i got it before in this current job oso... but wat to do??? we are to help them to solve the problems so have to tahan la... 我慢してください~ try open one ear then close one ear lo... (u close the ear which is listening to the phone la...most of the time i have to see them face to face lagi.. eyes have to open big big ar T_T)
oh, u can try manuka honey for your throat... get the active 30 or active 20 (the higher the better) but remember not to use any metal cup / spoon and hot water... get well ya ^_^
When you are urgently looking for a customer service representative, but you are unable to reach them and your problem cannot be settled, then you would get mad ><"
