the second interview with SC.... hmm.. maybe i should call it second assessment.
It was okay.
luckily i have read somewhere saying that the case study could be on the issue on merger and acquisition and i did some reading and preparation on this beforehand. I was able to answer this question well.
however, the role playing part.. it was... haahaha
the first scenario was..
'the company which i am its hr director is paying 'starvation wages' (as they called it this way). people are complaining to me.
second one was...
'the company which i am its hr director is paying too much wages! and the workers have too much money and they dunno what to do with their money and starting drinking and beating their wives up.
third one was...
the manager from hq came to me demanding an explanation from on what is going on..
well.. i didnt dare to say i did it good. but i certainly gave it my best... i think.
crap out whatever i could.. and tbh i dun remember what i have said actually. haha!
anyway, the accessor said they gonna need 2 weeks before they can come out with the result. in the mean time, just wait bah....
and pray hard. lol

I randomly happened by your blog and I just want to contribute my thoughts.
I've never had such a strenuous interview myself but I did study a bit of HR and am aware some companies have all sorts of tests and multiple stages of interviews. It sounds quite stressful, but it will hopefully be worth the effort.
